For over 35 years, we have been providing the following services to our customers to ensure that their projects and orders are completed on time and on budget to meet their aesthetic and functional goals.
Why pay more for a project manager to coordinate your furniture installs? From the design concept to the manufacturing line to your facility, our on-call customer care representatives have the experience and knowledge to manage every step of your project to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
We will assist with space planning and design. We will coordinate warehousing and shipping logistics to ensure convenient and timely delivery. We will oversee project installations and resolve any issues that may arise, and we will offer one point of contact for all of your furniture needs, saving you time and money.
Delivery, Installation, Repairs & Returns
With Terrell Enterprises, there is no need to worry about how you will receive your order. We employ full time delivery specialists, and our logistics department will work with you to have your order delivered at your convenience. Many companies only offer dock delivery, meaning that you are responsible for getting it off the truck and in the building. At Terrell Enterprises, we make sure to not only get your order in the building, but also to where you want it installed.
Many of our products ship KD (Knocked Down), so assembly and installation is often required. Our on-site installation crew is experienced, fast, efficient and willing to make any necessary adjustments to the delivered furniture such as height adjustments on tables and desks. Your facility is important to us, so we work carefully and clean up after the installation by removing packaging materials from the premises.
Repairs & Returns
Whether you have a product damaged by abuse, a product with a warranty issue, or are looking to repair or refurbish your older furniture to save money and extend the life of your product, our trained repair specialists have the experience and knowledge to solve your issues. Often times these issues can be resolved on-site, but in the event the item must be returned to us or the manufacturer, we will pick up the items in question for our Alabama and Florida Panhandle customers relieving any burden of having to ship the item back to us.
